No. Joining is free, there are no monthly fees and no listing fees. Ragpiq charges one fee, a share of what your store earns on a Ragpiq piece, and only once that piece sells. Stock you already own stays yours: listing and cross-listing it costs nothing.

Unlike buying bales or wholesale lots sight unseen, you see each piece with its photos and its price before you say yes to it.
